M.K. Morse Advanced Bi-Metal Hole Saws are positive rake, variable tooth hole saws that offer more chip clearance with less heat build up than conventional saws. Featuring premium M42 High Speed Steel cutting edge containing 8% Cobalt. This Premium Advanced line measures in at almost a full 2″ depth (1-15/16″ cutting depth), and offers 2x the cutting life of the original Morse AV line. Designed to cut brass, aluminum, copper, cast iron, stainless steel, wood, and plastics with ease.
NOTE: We will be transitioning to this NEW line as sizes of the original AV line are depleted at NO extra cost. Popular sizes have already transitioned and will have an “ADV” in the description listed at our online catalog. Any size NOT listed with the “ADV” in the description may still be the original 1-1/2″ AV line from Morse.
